Change Management leadership for an organization-wide SAP implementation project at a $529.7 million Top 10 professional services firm during a major business transformation effort. Designed high quality communications strategy and content. Provided delivery oversight ensuring timeline and budgetary adherence. Facilitated the work of internal subject matter expert (SME) teams in the documentation of newly created or modified role/responsibility descriptions. Partnered with People Operations Leader (POL), Project Manager (PM) and other designated leaders to revise, vet and secure endorsement of role descriptions by leaders across the enterprise. Ensured that content was aligned with the strategic vision of the organization and effectively addressed known competency gaps.
