Strategic and tactical Change Management leadership for a $2.7 billion multi-national manufacturing and distribution firm during SAP implementation and post implementation/integration efforts. Designed and conducted organizational impact, readiness and adoption assessments. Developed and implemented change strategy for internal technology project that was a dependency for successful SAP integration in North American operating units. Partnered with internal and agency resources to design and execute communication strategy, training and support materials. Facilitated stakeholder alignment and engagement while operating across levels within the organization. Identified risks/issues, analyzed impacts and prepared mitigation tactics.
