Change leadership and coaching for C-Suite executives at a member hospital of a $1.6 billion health care system comprised of 18 hospitals in 4 states. Developed change strategy to engage reluctant stakeholders and foster support of system-wide business process changes aimed at achieving more rigorous clinical and operational goals. Designed and delivered employee engagement and change adoption assessments. Conducted focus group sessions to obtain more nuanced feedback from departments with high "pain points". Created comprehensive executive report, including quantitative and qualitative feedback with recommendations.
