Change Management lead for project designed to provide increased fraud protection and customer retention by distributing new EMV-chip enabled products to over 200K customers. Conducted initial change scope and impact assessments. Developed comprehensive change strategy and provided oversight of implementation. Established multi-channel and multi-directional feedback loops to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment among impacted stakeholder groups. Collaborated in the design and implementation of the supporting communications strategy. Partnered with Program Manager and Project Manager to provide updates to the Executive Team.
