Strategic change leadership for $500 billion multi-national financial services corporation, with over 14,000 associates, during the launch of new a consumer/small business product suite and the related technology transition. Designed and implemented comprehensive change strategy to support client strategic requirements. Established strong working relationships with business leads and team members to ensure the readiness of frontline and back office teams across 600+ operating units. Functionally served as the PM of the Change Management/People Readiness work stream, overseeing the execution of deliverables across 20+ functional areas impacted by the change or supporting it. Identified human capital risks and implemented mitigating strategies. Designed and deployed assessments to measure impact, readiness and adoption.
